T. Bear"s Tale is the story of "Hugs Across America," a nationwide campaign founded by NYC teacher Sue Lucarelli to get teddy bears for all New York school children. "Momma" Sue's efforts resulted in so many donations from around the country, that she began bringing over bears for Ground Zero volunteers and workers. All told, over 15,000 teddy bears were given out at St. Paul's Chapel.
