The Triptych for organ and orchestra was commissioned by the Saint Joseph's Oratory in Montréal to celebrate its centenary in 2004. It was recorded inside the building, which dominates the Mount Royal in Montreal. At the top of the structure, the church has a main reverb in excess of 5 seconds and covers the equivalent of nearly two football fields.
